The Lady Chargers fought back to secure a 49-38 victory over Trinity High School in their first district game last Friday. Despite trailing after the first quarter, where Trinity hit a buzzer-beating 3-pointer, the Lady Chargers responded with a strong 17-5 second quarter.
Skylaah Benbow was the standout player, finishing with 16 points, 10 steals, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists. Aubrey Ayala added 10 points and 6 rebounds, while Aniyah Rodriguez contributed 8 points and 4 rebounds. The team will look to keep the momentum going as they face Timber Creek this morning at 11:45 AM.
